Limited information available to explain the role of a guardian
Traditionally the definition of a guardian provides pastoral care such as accommodation, meals and transportation during half terms and exeats. However there is an increasing new demand for educational advice, which echoes our belief. Hence we introduce a structured Wisdom Spring University pathway that provides educational guidance to international students studying in a UK school. We will regularly update our wechat blog to share with you what is happening in school.
Safety of accommodation environment provided by the guardian
We will share with you photos of our lovely homestay and their family members. You will know who your child will be staying with in their half-term holiday. We are accredited by AEGIS, the Association of the Education and Guardianship of International Students.
Communication with the guardian, including timeliness and frequency, especially on student’s progress in school both academic and wellbeing
Apart from taking care of your child’s wellbeing, we monitor their studying progress in the UK and assist with their integration into British life. You will receive our regular updates on your child’s academic progress and their social life. Our Platinum and Jade packages exactly reflect this need. We use social media to contact parents and students using Whats App or wechat or skype, any means you prefer for an instant reply (time difference allowed).
